JEWS FALSE CLAIM OF PALESTINE

The Jews are misinforming the world that Palestine is the land referred to in the Bible as their promised land. This deliberate distortion was designed to create an impression that the Palestinian Arabs invaded Palestine in the 7th century. This is not correct and is nothing but a Jewish conspiracy to distort history. It is a misleading propaganda intended to hide facts. The truth is that God Said He will make Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) (A.S) as the leader of people (Qur’an: Suratul Baqarah, verse 124), where Allah said:

And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled. He Said: I will make thee an Imam to the people. And also from my off springs. He answered: But My promise is not within the reach of evil-doers.

The Jews therefore assumed that since they have linkage with Abraham, who was once in Palestine, that automatically makes them the owners of Palestine which they referred to as Promised Land. They have forgotten that the Arabs are themselves descendents of Ibrahim (Abraham). And not only that, the Qur’an, Suratu Al-Imran, verse 67, is very clear that Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) is a Muslim. Let us read:

Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian, but he was a true Muslim and he joined not gods to Allah.

Despite all the above facts, the Jews are now claiming Palestine as their home land. Imagine, a foreign minority immigrants establishing a homeland in a region that is historically, legally and factually belonging to Palestinians. May be somebody will think that this is an Islamic point of view. It is alright; let us now look at the views from the other side. The Bible said:

And I will give unto thee (Abraham), and thy seed after thee, the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God (Genesis 17:8)

To clarify what the above verse is talking about, let me leave the reader with Ahmad Deedat, a well known Bible Scholar to speak on this verse and other related issues. This is what he said: If you ask any Jew, “Who gave you Palestine?” They have all programmed themselves with the idea of Genesis 17:8 (above). Without the slightest hesitation every Jew will reply, GOD. That it was God Almighty Who had given Palestine to the Jews. But over 75% of the Israeli Jews if questioned: Do you believe in God? They immediately respond with NO. Yet these atheist and agnostic Jews falsely use God’s name for their usurpation of the land of Palestinians.

On the question of who is the seed of Abraham (as mentioned in the above verse of the Bible), Ahmad Deedat said he asked one Jew in South Africa this question, without hesitation the Jew answered, “We the Jews.” Ahmad Deedat replied him: No doubt you are the sons of and seed of Abraham, but are you the only seed? No less than in twelve places, in the first Book of the Bible, Isma’il, the progenitor of the Arabs is spoken of as the son and seed of Abraham. The Jew that Ahmad Deedat is discussion with, change tactics by bringing another reason why Palestine belongs to the Jews. Hear him: Deedat, Palestine belonged to us; we ruled it under David (Dawood) and Solomon (Sulaiman). Ahmad Deedat replied him this way: If having ruled a territory once by force of arms, entitles you to repossess it, then we Muslims, if we had the power, would equally be justified to reconquer Spain (Andalusia). We Muslims ruled that country for almost eight hundred years. A longer period of time than the Jews ever ruled part of Palestine. The only things really worth seeing in Spain are the magnificent gardens and fountains, and monumental buildings the Muslims left behind. Does that entitle the Muslims to reclaim Spain? The Jew replied “No.” Those were foreign conquests, but Palestine is our Motherland, we have only taken back what we have been wrongly dispossessed. Ahmad Deedat told the Jew that: there is a grave historical oversight on your part here. So my dear reader, you can clearly see that even in the Bible, the Jews have no basis to argue that Palestine is there Promised Land.
